Cheetah Premium is billed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions and choose Cheetah. You can change plans or cancel there at any time; cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. In Cheetah itself, the same options are under the Home menu → Settings → Subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with, then in Cheetah open the Home menu → Settings and tap Restore Purchases (it is also in the footer of the Premium screen). Avatar items you bought or were gifted are tied to your Cheetah account and come back automatically when you sign in, on any device.
In the app, open the menu on the Home tab, then Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and its synced data from our servers, revokes Sign in with Apple if you used it, and erases the account's data on your device. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in your Apple Account subscriptions as described above.
Other users' profiles and public workouts (including on Discover) offer Report. From a user's profile menu you can also Block them; blocking hides you from each other everywhere in Cheetah, and the other person isn't told. Unblock anyone from the Home menu → Settings → Blocked Users. AI Coach replies and AI import results can be reported too. We review every report; for anything urgent, email us.
Your plans, workout library, workout logs and profile sync to your account, encrypted, so they follow you to every device. Raw Apple Health data stays on your device, and nothing from Apple Health is ever sent to analytics or our AI provider. AI features send text to our AI provider only with your permission, which you can withdraw in Settings → AI Features. Everything is explained in the Privacy Policy.
