These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cheetah app. By downloading or using Cheetah you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cheetah is a fitness planning and tracking app. It is provided for general fitness and informational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.
AI-generated content. Some features (the AI Coach and AI-powered imports) generate workouts and plans using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your fitness level or health condition — review it and use your own judgment before following it. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. If an AI response is harmful, inaccurate, offensive, or unsafe, you can report it from within the app; we review every report.
The AI Coach is not a health or crisis service. It is a training assistant. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, mental-health counselling, eating-disorder treatment, or emergency support, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or dietitian. If you tell it about self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or disordered eating it will point you to crisis and professional resources rather than coach you. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number, or in the US call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Cheetah account. If you are under 18, you can use Cheetah's training features but not its public social features (choosing a username, following others, publishing workouts, or sharing Activity). You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
Cheetah Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, and may include a free trial. Current prices (in your local currency) and any trial terms are shown in the app before you purchase.
Some avatar items can be bought as one-time in-app purchases, for yourself or as a gift to one of your followers. These purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
Cheetah lets you choose a public username and avatar, follow other users, and feature workouts on a public profile that other users can view and copy into their own library. You agree not to: choose a username or display name that impersonates another person or brand, or that is offensive, harassing, or unlawful; post or feature workout content you don't have the right to share or that is offensive or unlawful; or use the follow/search feature to harass, spam, or scrape other users. We may remove content, unclaim a username, or suspend an account that violates this section.
Zero tolerance. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in Cheetah. Content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable is removed, and users who post it or abuse others are removed from the service.
Blocking & reporting. You can block any user from their profile, and report a user or a workout from the app (profile menu or workout preview). We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. You can also email info@thearkcompany.co.
License to public content. When you post a workout publicly or feature it on your profile, you grant us and other Cheetah users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view, display, and copy that workout within Cheetah (including saving a copy into their own library), for as long as it remains posted. Unposting a workout or deleting your account ends this license for future copies, but copies other users already saved remain in their libraries.
Share links. When you share a workout as a link, we store a copy of that workout so the link works, and you grant us and anyone who opens the link a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view that workout and copy it into their own Cheetah library. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you want to see it. The same content rules as public workouts apply to workouts you share by link. Deleting your account deletes the stored copies and the links stop working, but copies people already saved remain in their libraries.
The app and its content (excluding your own data) are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to the license for publicly posted content in Section 4a.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury resulting from exercise.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially violate these Terms (including Section 4a). You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Sections 5, 6, and 9 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.
